The UPPAbaby MESA V2 adds new features to UPPAbaby’s infant car seat acclaimed for its safety and ease of use.
The V2 model features an upgraded sun canopy that’s 20% larger than the previous MESA, a larger headrest for added side impact protection, a contoured insert with added support for newborns, and a new seatbelt installation method that’s more secure.
The base of the MESA V2 installs in a matter of seconds, thanks to self-tensioning LATCH connectors and tightness indicators that turn green to signal that a safe installation is complete. A no-rethread harness makes for easier adjustment as your baby grows.
For taxis and travel, the MESA V2 can be installed without the base with European-style seatbelt guides on the front and back of the seat, and the carry handle can be used in a fourth position to prevent rebounding in a crash.
The MESA V2 pairs with all UPPAbaby strollers, connecting the UPPAbaby CRUZ and VISTA strollers without adapters.
The Greyson and Gregory colors of the Mesa V2 are made with a merino wool, a fabric that’s naturally fire-resistant, moisture-wicking and breathable to help control baby’s temperature.
